EXCHANGE/REFUND POLICY: For a prompt exchange/refund; please keep your invoice. If it is necessary to return merchandise for an exchange/refund, you must call or e-mail Customer Service for a RMA# and instructions first. All merchandise returned due to our error will be exchanged or credited/refunded promptly upon return of the merchandise. If you do not like your merchandise, you may return it for a full refund so long as the merchandise is still in its undamaged original packaging and in resellable condition (Shipping and Handling not included in the refund). All returns for a refund paid by a credit card will receive a credit to the credit card upon return of the merchandise. All items returned for exchange must be in its original packaging and in resellable condition (You will be charged freight again). Please include a letter of explanation and a copy of our invoice with all returns. Any questions concerning an exchange/refund should be directed to the customer service department: 573-634-6196 . Items returned to us, other than manufacturer defects, will be accepted at our discretion only if they meet our resellable condition policy. Damaged packing could result in a charge up to $20.00 or 15% for handling and restocking purposes. WARRANTY: We are not a warranty repair station, therefore, we cannot accept returns due to defective material or workmanship caused by the manufacturer. Please return all defective merchandise directly to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.

MISPRINTS: Though we have made every effort to ensure the accuracy of information in this website, we will not be held liable for errors in text or images or omissions in text or images.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE: If you receive packages damaged in shipment you must make a claim with the shipping agency, UPS, RPS or FedEx. They will instruct you and us of how to handle the problem. If the package was sent through the U.S. Postal Service, contact your local postmaster. Be sure to keep the damaged package as the shipping company may want to examine it.
